This is bad, I went to Poundland in the UK and purchased a can of compressed air to clean my keyboard. However, when I sprayed it on the keyboard, some liquid from the can spread on it. I wiped the keyboard immediately, however, it left a light white strain on those keys on the keyboard.
Having tried to use different cleansing detergent, still no luck to clean it at all. So I think I might need to get a new set of keyboard and palm rest as well.
So how do you guy clean your laptop, like keyboard, fans, etc?

Bummer about your keyboard! That propellant is nasty stuff, that can evidently do permanent damage.
I usually use compressed air, but from a large compressor, the kind you would use with pnuematic tools. If one doesn't have access to such a compressor, a soft bristle paint brush (without the paint) and a vacuum work wonders at getting crud out from under the keys.

Here in the United States, the canned air is nothing more than liquid Nitrogen. You have to hold it upside down and spray to get liquid out of it. What are they using over there in the UK?
I use anything vinegar-based to clean my computers, specifically the clear Windex. Never use anything ammonia-based on plastics, like regular blue Windex.

Finally, I can't stand what I did to those keyboard and the bezel, which looked completely awful. I have ordered the parts from IBM and get them replaced, now my computer looks like new again.
