Read speed is in the ballpark, write speed seems slow to me. Most manufacturers use ATTO to benchmark and specify their drive speeds. Give this a try and report back.

Are you using the latest firmware from OCZ?

Is the drive brand new or was there a previous partition on it before? If it has been used before, then you should do a secure erase on it first before the OS is installed. This can be done with "Parted Magic"

When I run that same test on my Corsair Force GT 120GB, which has the same SF-2281 controller as the Agility 3, I get the following numbers:

45% (50/112GB)
Seq. 247.4 177.1
512k 234.3 177.9
4k 18.11 28.09
4kQD32 161.9 174.3

ATTO says 252MB/s write and 263MB/s read. This is on the T410 2518X01. I installed plain Windows 7 rather than using the Lenovo recovery disc.

Make sure you have Airbag disabled. Disable Wi-Fi during the test to make sure Windows Update or any of the programs in the system tray are not downloading or uploading anything, such as online backup services or steam downloads. If you got 8GB RAM, then you can disable the page file. As far as BIOS, the only setting you need to make sure of is AHCI enabled.

yes.

When I making tests drive was absoultely new but not wiped. Just connected into computer and partitioned by Win installer.
Now I have done secure erase by OCZ Toolbox, and I will try sec erase by Partition Magic.

I've made three tests on Intel 520 60GB SSD. Is it good result? I can publish test on my Agility 3 else. But results were similar.
I am using Lenovo t410 2518-4ju.

best regards
