Which fan FRU for a T400?

I have a T400. Recently it started giving me the "Fan Error" at boot. When the computer is on, I can get the fan to work, but lm-sensors reports that the fan is off. The fan runs quite weakly, even after clearing out the dust.
My conclusion? Get a new fan.
The manual lists three possible FRUs for the T400 Integrated Graphics, but there's no part number written on the fan in my laptop. Googling hasn't helped either, since all the pictures of the three options look basically the same.
Any ideas what the differences between these FRUs are?
45N6140, 45N6142, and 45N5710
