T520 4242-Y11 - Screenproblems on use in and out of dock

Hi guys,

is there a way to handle the windows desktop when changing between external and internal screen?

I have to use my T520 at work docked in and at home with the internal display. Everytime I arrange Icons on one side they get dislocated on the other. Are there any tools available to tackle this, something like a user profil switcher or sth?
