Hi
I just bought 3 T410s for work from the site below:
http://www.ilgs.co.uk/products.asp?partno=2522AC1
After purchasing the company informed me they were Manufacturer refurbished laptops in as new condition and when I asked what windows was installed they gave me the following description which to me would mean they come with Windows 7 Pro 32 bit.
LENOVO THINKPAD T410 2.04GHz i5-520M 4GB 160GB WXGA+ 14.1'', WIFI,CAM, W7P 32
Anyway I went ahead and the laptops have arrived and they have no OS installed or COA sticker on the bottom. I have contacted the seller and they are looking into it for me. Anyway if the worst comes to the worst what are my options for buying a licenced copy of Windows 7 Pro. I know that I can get the full retail version for £160 but was wondering if I can buy a Lenovo OEM copy from the manufacturer. I certainly didnt budget for having to buy a copy of the OS and TBH buying these laptops broke the budget slightly as it is but I thought I was getting a good deal as they the refurbs would have been good as new and have a 1 year warranty.
The T410s seem of much higher quality and robustness than what lenovo are currently offering for the price I paid for the refurbs.
