Battery labeled Lenovo shows "Manufacturer: Panasonic"

I obtained a 6 cell battery (for a ThinkPad T500) described as a "Genuine Lenovo Battery" from an ebay auction.
Upon receiving the battery the external label does in fact say Lenovo. My T500 seems to recognize it as a genuine Lenovo battery.
In the Power Manager / Battery tab I see the following:
Manufacturer name: Panasonic
Manufacture date: 2011-11-01
FRU part number: 42T4622
Device chemistry: Li-Ion
Design capacity: 56.16 Wh
Design voltage: 10.80V
Does this seem consistent with a genuine Lenovo battery?
The battery seems to be working fine. I've put it through 7 discharge/charge cycles in the past three days and it's holding up fine.
Thank you for any help you can provide.
