Blu-Ray Drive T400
I have just picked up a very nice and clean T400, but it has no optical drive at all, I had a look on the wiki and see they made a Blu-Ray drive for it, but I am having trouble finding a new one from a trusted seller. I have seen a few on eBay but they are from china and some are not new. So I don't fancy taking a chance on them, Can anyone recommend a trusted seller that I could use and that would have the part?
PS - A UK seller would be great if they are about too!
Thanks

What's wrong with China? I order stuff from Chinese ebay sellers all the time.

Re: Blu-Ray Drive T400
its a long way to send things back if they are not the correct item, damaged, or fake, then I need to pay return postage, also then I got import tax on top of the price ...

Re: Blu-Ray Drive T400
I'm guessing return postage will cost less than finding one in the UK given the scarcity of the item. If you plan to use the drive to watch Blu-rays you'll most likely have to buy software too, which isn't inexpensive and adds to the cost.

It may cost more to buy it locally than what you picked up your T400 for.

Re: Blu-Ray Drive T400
You can use any appropriately-sized SATA BluRay drive, not just ones with a Lenovo part number. That might widen your purchasing possibilities

Re: Blu-Ray Drive T400
there are some on eBay right now, actually, from the same seller where I bought my replacement burner. Just enter "43N3230" into the search window.
