What LCD were you planning on using?

AFAIK, the ones from *00 series can't be used.

No clue - that's why I am asking..

I want 16:10 not 16:9 ....................

The laptop has HD+ right now.... So this mean I will be needing new cable + LCD right?

Presuming that you find a panel that would actually work...not to discourage you, but I don't know of one...

The T410 (2522-RE3) is 16:10 LCD screen ratio, albeit a 14" LCD.
1440x900 screen ratio is available on some models.

Guess I will just go FHD if I can't do 16:10 ....
