T510/W510 FHD Panel - need buyers

I confirmed that the models they have are the B156HW01 v.4 but I'm unsure of FRU.... Buyer promises no dead pixels and stains.
Trying to aim for ~$85.00 / panel + shipping..
I am hoping people from Kitchener Waterloo Cambridge or Guelph so shipping doesn't ruin deal ><.
