Difference between AC Adapters?

I have noticed almost each AC Adapter has a different part number. Is there really a big difference between them? Or can I just use any 65W 20V Lenovo AC Adapter?
For example, I have two 65W 20V Lenovo AC Adapters:
FRU: 92P1159
FRU: 42T5282

Big difference? There is not even a small difference!

The big difference would be:
(92P1159)-(42T5282)= X
Anyone up to solve that one???

You'd still be ending up with three variables...
106628P-221844T = X

Well, let's see if my high school math is still working

...
Given:
92P1159 = 92 x P x 1159
and
42T5282 = 42 x T x 5282
If we assume that P = 0.0001875679934 and T = 0.0000901534411 (numbers totally picked at random), then:
92 x 0.0001875679934 x 1159 = 20.0000000002552
and
42 x 0.0000901534411 x 5282 = 19.9999999873884
Or in other words, 92P1159 ≈ 42T5282. The only real difference between them is probably in the manufacturer of the adapter. Even though each one is supposed to supply the same 20V, at the same 3.25A, Lenovo wants to be able to know exactly who made them in case of any problems. So the short answer is: "Yes, you can use any 20V 65W adapter as long as it has the proper plug polarity". You could even use the higher amperage 90W supplies. The system will only draw as much power as it needs. Note: this is assuming that the laptop in question has a sticker on it saying "65W" or "3.25A". If, however, it's has "90W' or "4.5A", then you should be using a 90W supply.
