unable to install bluetooth

hi,

i bought an second hand thinkpad from ebay ,win 7 pro 32 bit along with most of drivers installed, i left 1 or 2
devices without drives at that time..
while installing win7 64 as a dual boot i downloaded most of drivers, for 32 & 64 bit.. but not the blueooth ..
at first i didnt bothered it much as i connected my mobile with usb.But i need it now ,

my configuration
c2d 2.4 GHZ
4 Gb Ram
intel & ati dual video card
250 Gb HDD
win 7 pro sp1 & win 7 ultimate sp1( as dual boot)
***device manager shows 1 device as unknown which would be bluetooth( 32 & 64 bit)*****
i have tried many options after installing hotkey features (fn+f5 only shows wifi **802.1 wirless radio only no blutooth)
while searching various forums it says the drivers have to installed in proper order to fit it..its easy to any one with desktops as
they have very few drivers like chipset, lan, audio,video.. but i find it difficult with laptps as they
have lot of drivers along with update & patches ( may be over 20 or 30 files in website & my pathetic mobile internet with
download speed of 10 to 15 kbps at max make my sick ..)

*** so i request some one help me to find the exact model of my thinkpad & exact driver files ( not those utilites apart
from powermanager and airbag,i'm ready to try if something is very useful)

** multistream feature is not working with smartaudio, can any one fix it...

i have seen the bluetooth device chip by removing front panel of monitor with the help of service manual

when i removed keyboard i seen a wire near to wifi card which is not connected to anything..
hope thats not for blutooth.. if some one have idea to stick it somewhere ,i'm ready to solder it
unless it wont damage the laptop. see the picture for ref
