I want to ask,
i can put more ram to my thinkpad but can i put faster ram also ,more MHZ ??

Sometimes you can, sometimes not, and sometimes you can but will run at the lower speed.

The difference, in any case, is negligible.

You mean depends on the model ??

Faster ram is hardly noticeable unless you are benchmarking. Even then..... After 4 GB most people won't notice any benefit. Biggest upgrade to the computing experience is a SSD for the programs and OS drive.
