Lenovo settings Metro app for T410?

Do you know if Lenovo Settings Metro app will be available
for Thinkpad computers with non-OEM Windows 8?

On Lenovo support forums they have promised so, but so
far such an application is not available.

Or Lenovo just abandoned older models to enforce
old Thinkpad users to buy current models?
