T420 Broken Ultrabay Lock

My T420 has, since I bought it been completely missing the little plastic lock that should be next to the ultrabay. The only thing keeping the drive in is the standard release. I'm going to be swapping my disc drive for an HDD caddy so I want this to be able to be locked now. How would I go about fixing this? As it is currently, there is just a hole where the lock should be and there's nothing there. Will I have to buy the entire lower plastic housing or can I fix this more simply? And FWIW, do you think I really need this lock to keep my HDD secure or is it more just peace of mind? It doesn't seem like I'll just bump that, but I want to be sure it's secure if a spinning HDD will be in it.

My T420 was missing it as well and Lenovo actually replaced the lock (under warranty). I don't abuse my ThinkPad and I'm not sure where the thing went! Called up Lenovo an explained the situation and surprisingly they were helpful.

That Ultrabay lock is really bad quality, mine fell off the first or second time I ejected my caddy too.

Brought it to Lenovo and they replaced that little plastic part for me, according to the lady it was a major job (had to remove the entire bottom chassis to get to that part)!

Comparing the ease of use and hot swapping between a machine with and another without the lock, I find it easier and more convenient not having one. Plus nothing ever fell out.
IMHO I wouldnt call warranty over it and youll probably appreciate it gone if you ever have it reinstalled.
