Problem with switchable graphics

I have a T400 with switchable graphics and running Win7Pro x64. I've enabled switichable graphics in the BIOS and the both integrated and ATI adapters show up in device manager.

Problem: I can't enable the ATI adapter.

Any ideas?

Try to reinstall switchable graphics driver and power manager...
