T510 Replacement LCD

Hi,

I managed to damage the LCD on my T510 (1600*900), Could you pls let me know if the following screen is compatible / Good . Searched based on the FRU number,

If you ever considered an FHD LCD (1920 x 1080) now with a replacement required would be an opportune time.

For the FHD : apart from replacing the new lcd, do I need to do anything else ? will the laptop work as is (and new drivers ?)

Also genuine screens seems to be costly, the spare parts site (IBM) quotes the HD+ at $529 :(

According to Thinkwiki.org there is also the AUO B156HW01 V.4 (FHD), which seems to be more affordable
