T410 - Latency issues

Hi all, I am using the LatencyMon application to check latency issues. After a few minutes the top problematic drivers are hal.dll, ndis.sys and iastor.sys.
Has anyone addressed this successfully? I have read some posts in forums the last few days, tried to re-install older driver versions (even from HP) but the result is the same. Is it normal to have these problems to begin with?
Does Lenovo offers an official explanation or even better a fix?
