T510's screen upgrade

Hi, I recently bought used t510 with 1600x900 screen.
Is it possible to upgrade screen from 1600x900 to 1920x1080?
If possible what are the best dealers shipping worldwide( Ukraine, to be exact) and what is the avarage price for the screen?

The good news is that it is possible to go from HD+ to FHD on T510.

The bad news is that the FHD screen is no longer manufactured from what I'm to understand. Take a look here:

I thought about ordering used screen from ebay. I've seen some guys shipping FHD screens from UK or elsewhere...
Any panel for t500, t510, t520, t530 will fit, isn't it?

Not for T500, they are in a different format altogether.
