T430 Power on password

I want to break harddisk password in my tinkpad t430 ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbJ5wKNuNmE ) im trying to break after 3 months but no use . anyone have a method please tell me i can pay you how much you want because there is no support in my country
