Warranty upgrade doubt for T410 laptop

Hello,

I recently bought ThinkPad T410 2522-DM1 from USA.
This laptop's 3 years IBM Ezee Serv warranty is about to get expired in 11 days.
I am trying to check warranty renewal prices from here = hxxp://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/na/LenovoPortal/en_US/config.workflow:ContinueWarranty
I enter serial number of laptop & saw plenty of option like 3YR Onsite Next Business Day, 4YR Depot.
But when I click on that it says "This is a 1Yr warranty service level upgrade which provides for a repair technician to be dispatched to your location for repairs when needed."
This is confusing. I thought 3YR Onsite next business day means I get warranty extention for 3 more years.
Another doubt >> this warranty is just for technical support or also for part replacement?
