T430si have lower specs
Other than that, there is no differences.

Thanks! I'm in the process of ordering a T430s for my wife .. and (as she wants the higher/-est performance model), I'll stay with the one without the "i". Actually, I think the T430s model is all that's offered right now .. but, I wated to be sure.

They're exactly the same. The i models tend to be lower spec on the preconfigured models but you can specify them both the same.

The "i" models have core i3 processors. i5 and i7 models are T430
