T400s LED Clear Plate

Have been looking for a T400s Clear Plate (not the T400) with the Three (3) Status Indicators (WiFi, Bluetooth and Disk Activity).
Have not been able to find any, except one on eBay from Hong Kong.
Does anyone know where I'd be able to purchase one?
