T420 DVD Drive.

Hello Forum Members,
I need a DVD writer drive for T420.FRU as per parts manual is 75Y5115, 75Y5113, 75Y5111. I did search on forum in regard to topic and found out that eject button is sensitive. Should I stick to OEM FRU.

Are there alternate drives that can fit in and serve the purpose well.

That drive should do just fine.

You may be able to find it for less, though...your money your call.

Got 75Y5111 for 15$. Its Jan 2013, made by Panasonic.
