In UK - Mod Req - Upgrading T430 Screen with Carbon X1

I am looking for somebody in the UK to do a Mod for me.
I am looking to upgrade my T430 screen to the Carbon X1 screen which appears to work.
I can't seem to find anywhere somebody that will do the Mod for me.
Any help appreciated
