Hi,

I have a T420S currently configured with Expresscard SD Card Reader

I purcahsed a USB 3.0 34mm card wanting to use it with the expresscard slot.

I ejected the SD Card Reader fine,but the new USB3 card wouldnt go in. The last 5MM of the card simply refuse to go in. SD Card readers goes in fine, but the USB3 Express Card wont go in.

Any idea?

Not all of those type cards (and brands) have the same length, measure it and compare.
Does it work?
If so, you didn't do your homework if you need a flush-fitting one...
