My notes have been two years old, when using a laptop. Battery does not uninstall.
Now Battery Electricity is 40 percent, the charge does not go electric. Is my battery a long time, there has been a fault?
Any reply will be very grateful.

Can you post a screenshot from Lenovo Power Manager (Advanced, Battery tab)?
It seems to me, that there is a charging threshold set.
