where should the bluetooth module be. my new laptop landed and it isnt working. according to its model number (2537-HL8) it has it

Maybe it's turned off. Did you try FN+F5?

yes I did try fn+f5. found where it should be under the palmrest. there is a reason it wont work. there is no card mounted under the palm rest the antennas are fitted but no card

EDIT: im pushing the seller to send me out the card for it
