Different Hardware after repair at Lenovo service provider

Because of a heat issue the system board of my T410i has been replaced at a Lenovo service provider.

After the repair BIOS functionalities are missing and my working installations of win7 and Ubuntu where not working anymore.
Then I found out that the new System Board is not the one listed at Lenovo Parts Lookup by entering my laptops serial number.

The new system board FRU: 04W0509
The FRU according to the Parts lookup: 04W0513

The service provider is very unhelpful and unfriendly but according to them they ordered the right board(04W0513) but Lenovo send them instead the other(04W0509).
They claim that lenovo sends most of the time compatible but different FRU parts and there is nothing they can do.

Is that true or should I insist on the right system board?

It is true.

As long as the board sports the same graphics chip - be it Intel or nVidia - as the old one, there should be no issues whatsoever.
