Ibm thinkpad T500 Transistor?????

Hello, i have a Ibm Thinkpad T500. i need help identifying one motherboard component. The component is an integrated circuit below the lcd connector,there are 4 in that area making a square and covered by tape.Which component is that? it has 3connections one side and 2 on the other.

5 legged ICs could be a transistor. Some more information is needed like any part number that might be on the device(s), the motherboard part name printed near the device(s) (Q34, U11, etc.) or a small (~50KB) photo.
