I can't find specs on this particular model- T420s 4174 FT9

Anything to look out for on a used one? Comments on it in general would be appreciated.

Enter your model type in the search box. I've found that sometimes the server will return a mostly blank page with a link to the description. If that happens just click on the link.

Pretty high-spec'd for a T420s. I'd just verify that the screen and battery are in good shape, but the system per se should be quite powerful and future-proof.

With 2nd gen i7 in a small package, I'd look out for how warm it is, if you are sensitive to that. You might need to take it apart and thoroughly clean it, but in my experience that CPU still keeps the machine noticeably much warmer to the touch than the i5 in a T-series (in contrast the W-series seems built to keep an i7 cool).
Check its battery life too with i7 and just 6 cells.
