How to adjust F7 settings on T400 series Thinkpads?

I know on my older T60, Presentation Director was used to adjust F7 settings.

On my T410s, F7 cycles through the different presentation options, but requires me to hit Enter on the selected option. I'd like to change it so that the Enter press is not required. But not sure how to adjust settings. Seems Presentation Director is not available for Windows 7.

Just install Presentation Director in Vista compatibility mode. (Setup-file -> Properties / Compatibility tab) Works just fine on all my Win7 machines. I even use it on my Win8 and Win10 machines.
