reset power plan to default?

I was working on my power settings, and realized after I hit "apply" that I was in the wrong plan. Is there a way to reset that plan and/or any of the original plans to the default settings? (T420si, Win7Pro+64)

To reset a Windows power plan, go to the settings of the power plan, then hit "Restore default settings for this plan".
