My bluetooth is not working T410s

How do I make my Bluetooth discoverable? I turned on my Bluetooth radio but the Bluetooth icon on this T410s is missing from the lower right corner of Windows 7.

Fixed the problem via device manager. It was disabled and I enabled it. I have 13 of these T410 machines of various T410 and T410s variants.

My T43 broke on me years ago and I needed to have more than one spare as a backup. I actually had 14 but I sold one.
