Hello,

I would like to replace the screen on my T420. It is a 1600x900 screen. It would be nice to have an Full HD IPS screen or something else that is better than this current screen.

There's no "out of the box" LCD upgrade for these machines. Some hacking is required, along with a proper kit. You can read more on the subject matter here:
