This is a generally two T410 notebooks, one GPU and one integrated, running on battery power, both CPUs idles at 1197MHz.
Both CPUs are not same; one is i5-520m and other one is i7-620m.

Now, why not 800MHz idle like the second gen i core series like T420 which I also have?

3rd gen also idles a 1200mhz, so i guess that it alternates between generations.

My T410 also idles at 1.2GHz. i5 M520, Nvidia GPU

Just throwing it out there so we can build a list.

Some AMD CPU's idle at 1,4GHz. It's just different CPU designs.
