Adjusting the boot brightness?
Adjusting the boot brightness?
Is it possible to adjust the default brightness that you see from the beginning? I don't know about your machine, but from the initial screen with "Thinkpad" and system info splash screen, it's super bright (at max setting). I'd like to conserve battery and also avoid the flashbang effect to save my eyesight. Are we stuck with this or is there an option to change the brightness?

Re: Adjusting the boot brightness?
Yes, go to lenovo power management options (grobal settings). If not there, download it from lenovo for your notebook and install it. Or adjust brightness using Fn key and two keys appox upper right.
