LCD cable for T400, what are my options?

I need an LCD cable, the think which connects the display to the MB. Are there other models which have a compatible cable? R61, T61, T500, etc?

Looks like the cable choices for T400 are as follows:

FRU: 44C5362 - LCD cable assembly with camera and Bluetooth

FRU: 44C5363 - LCD cable assembly without camera, with Bluetooth

FRU: 44C5364 - LED-backlight LCD cable assembly with camera, with Bluetooth

FRU: 44C5365 - LED-backlight LCD cable assembly without camera, with Bluetooth

FRU: 44C9911 - LED-backlight LCD cable assembly with camera, with Bluetooth

Doesn't look like anything from any other series will fit. The R400 is the most similar, but since they have different FRU numbers, there is likely some difference in fit.
