T410s palm rest into T420s

Can a palm rest from a T410s be used for the palm rest of a T420s?

Unfortunately, it will not work. T410s palmrest was an independent piece, but on the T420s, Lenovo combined the palmrest and keyboard bezel into one. The screw posts and geometry on the bottom of the palmrests are very different, too.
