t420 lcd LVDS datasheet

hello everyone
i had a t420 with 1366x768 screen, i upgraded it to 1600/900 one.
i now have the old 1366/768 screen on spare and i want to use it as usb monitor. there are some boards out there for lvds/usb convertion im wondering if i can find exact spesifications of the panel. i couldnt find any proper model number on it
also do you have any suggestion for casing ?
