Unable to enable Intel-VT in BIOS on my ThinkPad W520

Hello All,

I am trying to enable Intel VT through BIOS on my ThinkPad W520, but seems its disabled, all the options in Security Tab showing as disabled like Security Chip was in Deactivate mode and few other options are in Disable more and unable to change them. What might be the reason? Why am i enable Intel-VT? Can some one help me?
