BIOS password T400

Is it possible to remove it by flashing bios?

There are ways to remove the BIOS password, but they are not subjects discussed on these forums.
New:

Will I loose my bios password if I flash BIOS?

Depending on how the machine was set when the Supervisor Password was applied, you may not even be able to flash BIOS.

Even if you do, the password will remain in effect.
