T520 (423946U) can't connect BlueTooth

I am having a hell of a time trying to connect a BlueTooth mouse. It simply won't connect or even register that it's trying to. I am running Windows 10 and am about ready to pitch it out window.

WHAT do you plan throwing out of the window, the mouse or Windows?
Did you check in Device Manager that you DO have BT?
Depending on installed Lenovo apps, what happens if you press Fn/F5 to switch wifi and BT On/Off?

Yes, it's enabled, switching it on/off does nothing. The odd thing is that when I had Windows 7, it worked. Now with Windows 10 it doesn't.

The driver is listed as "generic bluetooth emulator"

From the lenovo site http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/product ... beta=false it doesn't list any drivers for Windows 10, would this be a Lenovo problem or Windows?
