T520 Upgrades

Hello! So, my school gives out older ThinkPad models (T410, T420, T510, T520) to their students, and I was bestowed with a T520. So I put an mSATA SSD in it, 8 GB of RAM, second hard drive caddy, second hard drive, etc. and I want to upgrade it farther. What I'd like to do, is put in a better screen, better processor (I wish better video card), the display (HD+ to FHD, QWXGA, or QHD (hopefully FHD at least)), or possibly even a touch screen. I read somewhere that it could be a factory option. I only want this because I started to do a lot of heavy tasks on it, and would rather stay mobile than file share between desktop and laptop. You can upgrade more RAM, up to 16GB (2x 8GB), a quad core CPU and a FHD screen as max resolution, the best panel available would be a B156HW01 V.4, which is getting difficult to get. There are other options but quality would be inferior.

I don't think there are compatible panels with higher resolution then FHD available for this model, no touch option either.
