NIC and Bluetooth T410 not running

I introduce Aldi from Indonesia
I had a little problem on thinkpad mine is nic can not be used and appear "device not running (code 10)" before I updated the bios but no problem and just two days ago NIC is a problem I've tried to reinstall the drivers and update the driver but does not help

Bluetooth then I also can not be used when I install the device drivers are not found, how do I fix this?

Perhaps here there who can provide input or a way that I can reuse NIC
