Best Place For Finding A Battery For A T420s?

It's really hard to tell what the going rate is and what's legitimately genuine. Where do you guys source your batteries from?

I bought an 81+ battery from this seller for $15 shipped, broken latch (just use a screwdriver to pop it out, still latches fine - just the slider part missing) and it's almost new according to the battery tester software from Lenovo. I'd say it was a bargain!

That's a 66+, which works for the t420s.

Yeah, but how do you guys know these are genuine batteries? You just have to rely on the seller?

The seller should provide pictures. You will know right away whether it is genuine or not. It will have the Lenovo logo at the top left of the battery along with a long barcode, serial number, date, and certifications on the right side. It will look like this:
