T400 comes alive!

Friday the 13 luck this time, in repairing this motherboard I had accidentally severed the VCC+ line to the Texas Instrument battery charger chip. One additional wire jumper later and now I have all green lights, battery is charging happily 
Only took a year to fix- LOL but I had other fish frying too
