Help! Just got myself a T420s, and my 2.5" HD won't fit?

So, am I missing something here? The 2.5" HD I have laying around won't fit in the hole. I have an SSD on order for this laptop too and now I am worried it won't fit. Any ideas?
I got a great deal on this machine. It's in really great shape.

So it seems I can't put a standard size 2.5" drive. It has to be a msata drive and am I right it needs to be 7mm and not 9.5mm? Ugh....Any recommendations on brand and drive? 120-256gb with links?

Okay, thankfully my SSD that is coming is a 7mm! So I should be good there.

You need to use 2.5" 7mm height SATA drives, be it a standard HDD (spinning platter) or SSD. mSATA is a totally different form-factor.

You also need the 7mm rubber rails as well. The standard caddy rails are a no go. You also need the 7mm caddy as well which is the slim version. Even with a 7mm SSD, the fit is still very tight on the T420s.
