Webcam on T410 new windows 10 installation

Hey,
Bit the bullet and installed Windows 10 Pro on my T410. Everything works, even the webcam... EXCEPT Camera and Skype cannot detect my camera. I know the webcam works because if I run Lenovo Web Conference it works.
In Device Manager I have uninstalled the Ricoh webcam, done hardware detection, and reinstalled the webcam. and I tried downloading drivers from Lenovo but nothing was accomplished.
In Event Viewer I see:
Device USB\VID_17EF&PID_480F&MI_00\7&1b0e3e55&0&0000 requires further installation.
Driver Management concluded the process to install driver 5u877.inf_amd64_0dfd983c900cd7a0\5u877.inf for Device Instance ID USB\VID_17EF&PID_480F&MI_00\7&1B0E3E55&0&0000 with the following status: 0x0.
These are the only clues I have if indeed they are clues. Privacy is turned off. No idea why only one program can access the webcam. Nothing I have found searching on Google has helped resolve this. Have tried and failed to find a way to unistall Lenovo Web Conferencing on the theory it was somehow capturing the webcam and not allowing access by anything else. Any ideas would be appreciated.
