Can 14 inch screen replace 14.1 inch Thinkpad t400?

Ok, this may look like a noob question but I have a doubt on the honesty of my repairman. I need your help.
Last week my screen got flickering to the point it stopped glowing at all. My repair guy suggested to go for a replacement.

My laptop is Thinkpad T400 2768 series and has a max 1440*900 resolution. I gave my laptop to him (hard disk with me) and he returned after fixing a 1280*720 screen on it. I immediately noticed it since it was quite pixelated compared to 1440*900. I asked him to get the exact same config for screen.

This time he took more than a week to get back and got the screen but still something doesn't look right to me. Though the resolution indeed shows 1440*900 but Belarc Advisor reports shows it to be 14 inch screen instead of 14.1 inch.

I was wondering if he has installed a 14 inch screen instead of 14.1 inch? Is it even possible? I don't want to open the assembly to check , is there any way out to confirm?

Does Belarc show the exact model # of the LCD panel?

Belarc says

LCD 1440x900 [Monitor] (14.0" vis)

Panelook does not list any 14.0" screen as being 1440x900. If the panel is smaller, then the silver frame of the LCD will be noticeable. The lid will also probably look bent inward due to fitting a smaller screen.

It doesn't look bent. I just saw the invoice again which he gave me, it shows FRU as 42T0583. Then I checked here https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/documents/migr-70425it indeed show my serial no.

So I think I can be rest assured right? Looks like belarc gave me a false negative.
