T420 middle trackpoint button replacement

Good day!

I my middle ultranav (trackpoint) button (with blue dots on it) is broken (one pin is broken, so it isn't holding anymore). I am able to get a new button.
The question is: is it actually possible to INSERT the new button in place, or do I have to replace the whole keyboard with the new one?

This button seems specific.

Can anybody advise on the matter?
